On the My School website, parents will be able to judge the performance of their child's school in the national assessment program for literacy and numeracy (NAPLAN) that is taken by students in years 3, 5, 7 and 9.
Each school will be measured against 60 other schools with similar backgrounds, as well as the average performance of all Australian schools.
