QUESTION: What does NAPLAN test?
ANSWER: Each year in the May NAPLAN tests, students in the same year level across Australia (years 3, 5, 7, 9) complete a writing task and are tested on items in Reading, Language Conventions (Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation) and Numeracy.
